Use

In this Customising activity, you create the employee categories and their descriptions. These categories can be linked to employee subgroups via the Map Employee Category with Employee Group and Subgroup Customizing activity. This enables employee categories to be queried in the payroll schema. For example, it enables Casual employees to be identified for paying casual holiday pay.

Note that category 3 has been reserved for Casual employees and should not be changed. Use the customer name range for additional categories.

  3. Save your entries.
