Use

In this Customizing activity, you can activate the Hire Fire functionality and can Go Live with the same for all Malaysia reports except Payroll Report (RPCALCL0). Based on the customizing, system will replace the existing Hire Fire mechanism (RP_HIRE_FIRE) with the following Hire Fire mechanism:

Hire: System will use HR_ENTRY_DATE

Fire: System will use HR_LEAVING_DATE

Requirements

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Select New Entries
  2. Select Hire Fire Date Mechanism Date in the Group field.
  3. Maintain the date on which you want to go live with the solution in the Start Date field. You must maintain the date in the format DD/MM/YYYY.
  4. Maintain ACTV in the Key field.
  5. Maintain X in the Field and enter its description in Text field. Based on this the system will activate the new hire fire functionality.
  6. Save your entries.
