Select the employee's pay scale area in the PSA field.
Select the employee's pay scale group in the PS Group field.
Select the employee's pay scale level in the Lv field.
Select the employee's pay scale category in the Pay Scale field.
Select the employee's pay scale category in the Pay Spine field.
Select the details regarding the employee's pay spine point in the Spine Point field.
