In this Customizing activity, you maintain the absence categories for employees.
School Work Force Census(RPUSWFG0) report checks for the absence categories associated with an absence wagetype and displays the same in the SWF census file it generates.
Requirements
Standard settings
Activities
Select New Entries.
Select the personnel subarea grouping for absence and attendance types in the PSG field.
Select the attendance or absence type in the A/A Type field.
Select the Absent checkbox to indicate that the employee was absent on census day.
Select the absence category of the employee in the Abs. Cate field.
