Use
A type 61 Cancel declaration is required if you want to cancel an employee/contract on a standard declaration (type 51) or a cancel and replace declaration (type 59).
Requirements
To trigger a declaration of this type, you must select the Declaration to Cancel checkbox for the corresponding contract in the employee's Status of the Declaration infotype (3319).
The fields in the RPL4DSF0 program have the following selection:
- Nature of the declaration: 15 DN-AC
- Declaration type 61 Cancel declaration
The transfer type used for the type 61 Cancel declaration must be identical to the transfer type used to send the standard declaration (type 21) or the supplementary declaration (type 59).
