Use

In this activity, you specify the variant of the time evaluation report, RPTIME00, that you want the system to use when it simulates times that are in the future.

In the Define FMLA Rules and Define Rules for Determining the Weekly Working Time activities, you can use the results of time evaluation to determine the hours worked for the eligibility check or the week converter.

If the valid-from date of the FMLA request is in the future, time evaluation uses the variant you specify here to simulate the times that are in the future or that it was not yet able to evaluate.

Requirements

You use the results of time evaluation to determine employees' working times.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Choose the Create Variant for Time Evaluation activity.
  2. Create a variant. The schema that you enter here must be able to evaluate times that are in the future. Standard schema TM04 contains a model for the processing.
  3. Choose the Assign Variant for Time Evaluation activity.
  4. At the SIMF function, maintain the decision tree of the feature and enter your report variant.
