Use
In this activity, you assign the profiles for the FMLA Workbench to your employees and configure the required authorizations.
To do so, you create parameter transactions, which enable a transaction to be run with particular specifications, such as a profile. You use these parameter transactions to add the transactions to users' favorites or SAP menu.
You use the role maintenance transaction to maintain the menu and authorizations and to assign them to employees.
Alternatively, you can use the user parameters to assign employees a profile. This method, however, requires more work and maintenance.
Requirements
You are familiar with maintaining roles and authorizations.
