Use
In this activity, you specify which FMLA rules apply to which employee groups.
Different laws or guidelines may apply to employees depending on, for example, the location of the company or an employee's employment status.
In this activity, you can group employees according to the validity of FMLA rules and assign the employee groups to the relevant FMLA rules.

Choose the Define FMLA Rule Groups activity.
Create the FMLA rule groups by maintaining the FMLMO feature. If required, organize your employees in FMLA rule groups according to organizational assignments. If you do not want to group your employees, create the FMLA rule group 01 and classify employees according to the country indicator, for example.
Choose the Define Validity of FMLA Rules for Employees activity.
Choose New Entries.
Specify the FMLA rules that are to apply to each personnel subarea grouping for time recording and FMLA rule group.
