Use

In this activity, you specify all reasons that permit employees to request absences covered by FMLA.

Requirements

Standard settings

All four reasons specified in the Family and Medical Leave Act are included in the standard system.

Activities

  1. Check whether all reasons that your company permits for FMLA requests are in the table.
  2. If they are not, add the missing ones: Choose New Entries.
  3. Enter an ID for the FMLA reason.
  4. Enter a text that enables users of the FMLA Workbench to identify the FMLA reasons easily.
