Use

In this activity, you define the number range intervals for FMLA Management.

The system uses the following number range intervals to identify uniquely data records for FMLA Management:

  • Number range interval for FMLA requests
  • Number range interval for FMLA document numbers
    Each record of the FMLA Event infotype (0672), that is, each FMLA rule that the system created when a request was submitted, is given a unique document number.

Recommendation

Do not make any changes to existing intervals, since the document numbers are used as a unique identifier for data records.

  1. Choose the Create Number Range Interval for FMLA Requests or Create Number Range Interval for FMLA Document No. activity.
  2. Choose Change Intervals.
  3. Enter the number range interval 0000000000000001 - 9999999999999999.
  4. Save your entries.
