In this activity, you assign the required display objects to an employee data layout. At the same time, you determine the sequence in which you want the display objects to appear in the Time Manager's Workplace.

You can display up to six display objects in each employee data layout.

Activities

  1. Choose the layout to which you want to assign display objects.
  2. Choose the display objects in Field Selection.

    When assigning display objects to a new layout, you first see six "blank" screens assigned to it. Remove them from the layout under Field Selection.

    Check the sequence in which you select display objects as the order of display objects in the field selection determines their sequence in the layout.

  3. In the layout, check whether the display objects appear where you want them to. You will notice the positions of row and column you assigned to the display object.
  4. You can also change the position of the display objects under Field Selection.
