Use

In this IMG activity, you specify whether the time evaluation should be performed for a particular personnel number. For this, you insert the Time Management Function for checking PAAP integration function (UPAAP) in the relevant position in the following Time Evaluation schemas:

  • Time Evaluation with Personnel Time Events schema (TM00)
  • Time Evaluation for Work Schedule Deviations schema (TM01)
  • Time Evaluation Without Clock Times schema (TM04)

This function reads the value of the parameter CHECK_RPTIME in PAAP Switch checking Time Evaluation Run table (V_T7UNAAP_ATTR_D).

Note

You can use a customer specific Time Management schema. In both the cases, you must insert this function after the Check functions.
