Feature to Return the Action Type for 'Late Retirement'.
Activities
This feature is used to determine the the value for personnel action, Late retirement.
The person who is willing to opt for ERA scheme will contact user of the system indicating the same. It is assumed that the person also carries the consent of the higher authorities permissing him to opt for the scheme.
The user will then run this action for each individual employee. This action will run infotype 0000 (actions) and change the action to late retirement and the appropriate dates. No other change is required to be made in this infotype or any other infotype.
Example
If the action type for 'late retirement' for country Singapore
(Molga = 25) is 99 then feature should be like -

Further notes
This is the only place where info whether the employee is in ERA is stored.
