In this activity, for an Employee Group, Employee Subgroup and Report ID, you select a TMA code. The TMA code defines the eligibility of employees for SPK reporting.

Following TMA codes are mapped in the system:

TMA Code    Description

1    Rehabilitations (attføring)

2    Sheltered work (vernet arbeid

3    Work training effort (arb.treningstiltak)

4    Employment effort (sysselsettingstiltak)

5    Apprentice (lærling)

6    <Venteloenn> (ventelønn)

7    Permanent pension (permanent pensjonist)

8    Parttime pension (devis pensjonist)

9    Hourly paid (timelønnet)

10    <Pensjonist på pensjonisvilkår>

11    <Midlertidig tilsetting>

12    <Fast tilsetting>

13    <Etat har arbeidsgiveransvar, men ikke lønnet over statsbudsjettet>

99    <Skal IKKE være med på rapport (iflg. Rapport-id)>

Note:

  • TMA Codes 1, 2 , 3 , 4: The system checks the Date Type corresponding to date indicator 05 in Date Specifications infotype ( 0041). The employee must have a minimum employment of four years to be eligible for SPK reporting.
  • TMA Code 5: Only those employees who are employed since prior to 01.05.98 are eligible for SPK reporting. Otherwise, the employee cannot have membership in SPK.
  • TMA Code 9: Hourly Paid employees.
  • TMA Code 99: Employees are excluded by the SPK report.
  • Employee Group/Employee Subgroup that has TMA Code other than the ones mentioned above or do not have a TMA code are automatically eligible for SPK reporting.

Example

Requirements

You must have maintained the Process Codes for the Process ID, TMA, in the IMG under Payroll Norway -> Public Sector -> Reports -> SPK Report -> Assign Process Code to Process Identifier.

Activities

  1. Select New Entries.
  2. Enter the CGrpg as 20.
  3. Enter the Employee Group in the EEGrp field.
  4. Enter the Employee Subgroup in the ESgrp field.
  5. Select the Report ID.
  6. Enter the validity dates.
  7. Select the TMA code in the Process code field.
  8. Save your entries
