Requirements

You must have maintained the Process Codes for the Process ID, LEV, in the IMG under Payroll Norway -> Public Sector -> Reports -> SPK Report -> Map Company Absence Types with Legal Leave Codes.

Recommendation

Activities

  1. Select New Entries.
  2. Enter the CGrpg as 20.
  3. Enter the Personnel subarea grouping for absence and attendance types in PSG field.
  4. Select the Absence Type in the A/A Type field.
  5. Enter the validy dates.
  6. Select the Norway public sector legal leave code in the Process code field.
  7. Enter the maximum number of years of absence for leave codes in the NoYeLa field.
  8. Enter the wage percentage pertaining to the leave code in the Wage percentage field.
  9. Save your entries.
