Use

In this IMG activity, you maintain the Action Type and Reason for pay scale reclassification of employees holding multiple positions.

You can maintain the Action Type and Reason in Norway PS - pay scale reclassification feature (VPS03).

Pay Scale Reclassification report (RPIPSR00) reads the return value of this feature to generate the reclassification data. It then updates Activity with Higher Rate of Pay infotype (0509) with this data.
