You have been provided with the following additional position reasons:

AP reason    Reason type    Text for Reason Code

ACPN    Acting    Acting - Without Pension

ACPY    Acting    Acting - With Pension

MPPY    Multiple position    Multiple Position

Recommendation

It is recommended that you do not change the reason codes.

If you make changes to the reason codes, make appropriate changes to the Reason for new wage type for additonal position feature (APRSN) in the IMG under Payroll Norway -> Public Sector -> Additional Position -> Feature to Assign Additional Position Reason Code.

Activities

  1. Select New entries.
  2. Enter 20 in the CGrpg field.
  3. Enter the additional position reason code in the AP reason field.
  4. Select the reason type.
  5. Enter the text for the reason code.
  6. Save your entries.
