In this step, first you define personnel groups which you can assign to different absence quotas and wage types for leave provision and leave loading provision. You do this with the help of the Feature to Leave Provision (AU-Public sector) (13LVP), the return value of which is a key for tableLeave Provision for Australia - Public Sector (V_T5QPBS2L), which you maintain in the next part of this step. In this table, you specify absence quota types for leave provision, and you assign your leave provision wage types to the groups and to the absence quota types you have defined.

To change a record in the Leave Provision table, SAP recommends that you delimit the validity dates of the existing record and create a new record.
Activities

Call up the activity Specify Decision for Leave Provision
Check the default settings
If necessary, maintain the new entries according to your own needs.
For example, you can extend the decision tree by using Employee Group, Employee Subgroup etc.
Choose Save
For the table, you
Call up the activity Define Quota Types and Wage Types for Leave Provision
Enter the Group ID that is returned by feature 13LVP
Enter absence quota type, Start and End date, wage type for leave provision and wage type for leave loading provision.
