In this step you define the calculation details for transfer rules. The transfer rule for an absence quota defines an accrual transfer time/frequency where accrual should be transferred to entitlement. For more flexibility, a transfer rule can be grouped into subgroup rules again. The subgroup can be set up by feature 13TRF. For each transfer rule and subgroup, you can assign a transfer frequency rule and characteristics for calculation of transfer frequency based on LOS (length of service), Anniversary date etc.

Specify Accrual Transfer Frequency Rule.
Define Anniversary Date Type.

Activities

• Carry out activity.
• Define New Entries if required.
• Define Transfer Rule Key and Text.
• Select Flexible key for accrual transfer.
• Choose Start date and End date.
• In the detailed view of each entry, choose between Transfer at period start date, Transfer at period end date, Based on current Anniversary Date, or Based on LOS.
• Select Accrual Transfer frequency rule.
• Switch for include or exclude Prior service.
• Set Date type.
• Choose Origin of Data Type.
• Choose Save.
