In this step, you define rules to determine the frequency for accrual transfer. The transfer frequency rule defines how often an accrual should become entitlement. Within a transfer frequency rule, you can define a subsequence rule again.
Example
1. Example:
You want to define a transfer frequency for long service leave dependent on the length of service, for example transferring the accrual on the 10th year, and after that, transferring the accrual every year. To do that, you can create two subsequence entries. The first entry has the value 10 as transfer frequency, the second entry has the value 1 as transfer frequency.
2. Example:
You want to define a transfer frequency for every two months. Then you can enter one entry with the value 2 as transfer frequency.

PAYPER - Pay perdiod with Anniversary date
YEAR - LSL Rule for LOS

Activities
- Carry out activity.
- If necessary, create New entries for Transfer frequency rules and Text for accrual transfer frequency.
- Define Sequence order for transfer frequency and Transfer frequency.
- Select Domain Time unit for transfer frequency.
- Choose Start date and End date.
- Choose Save.
