Feature 13RIP in combination with defined Payment Rule Group.

Recommendation

Activities

  • Carry out the activity.
  • Enter value 13RIP in the Feature field.
  • Indicate if Leave Without Pay (LWOP) and Prior Service should be taken into calculation.
  • If LWOP is to be excluded but LWOP threshold value needs to be checked for employees whose LOS > 10 years, then specify the threshold value.
  • Choose Save.
