In this step, you specify feature 13TMV to determine a variant for time evaluation. When you run report HR TIME: Time Evaluation (RPTIME00), it checks this feature to get the right variant you specified in the decision tree according to the country grouping.

The Time Evaluation report is run every pay period in order to get the entitlement for the leave accrual. When the termination takes place, the entitlement also has to be calculated in order to get the exact amount to be paid out to the resigning employee.
