Use

In this step, you define the combination of the minimum number of working days and a referring return code. This return code determines the minimum number of days to be worked in the higher duty position in order to receive Higher Duty Allowance.

Requirements

Standard settings

In the standard system, return code 00001 for minimum number of 1 day and 00003 for minimum number of 3 days is available.

Activities

  • Check your minimum number of days.
  • Create a return code for a new entry of minimum number of days if necessary.
  • Choose Save

Example

Employees working as Senior executives need to work for a minimum of 5 days to receive the Higerh Duty Allowance. Therfore, you should create a new return code (eg. 00005) and enter in column "No of days" the figure 5.
