In this step, with the help of feature 13MND for determining minimum number of working days receiving HDA you can define in combination with employee group, employee subgroup, etc. how many days an employee has to have for receiving Higher Duty Allowance.

Please check your Define minimum number of working days before maintaining the feature.
Standard settings
Country Grouping 13, Pay scale group ASO5 defined with minimum number of 3 working days, and otherwise 1 day.
Recommendation
Activities
- Call up the decision tree for feature 13MND.
- Check the default settings.
- Refer to the feature documentation.
- If necessary, maintain the new entries according to your own needs. Define minimum working days and employee group/employee subgroup combination, etc.
- Choose Save.
Further notes
Country groupings are used within the Human Resource System to separate one country from another in accordance with HR criteria.
Country groupings are primarily used in conjunction with wage types. They are used instead of country indicators because the latter can have different values in different installations.
