During the payroll run that the leave advance payment is to be paid out, it will pick up result calculated from the Q3 cluster and pay out as payment.
o The payroll period end date will be used to check against the
in-period end date in the Q3 cluster.
o Result in the Q3 cluster will be read in if the above dates are
equal.
· the additional bank connection that has been read in will not be
advanced because the additional bank connection has to be retained.
The additional bank connection will be deducted from the net before
transfer.
o Final payment will contain the payable net of this period and the main
bank connection of the advanced periods
