The payroll constants have the following meanings:

The values for Junior range - Low (JULOW), Junior range - High (JUHIG), and Junior age (JUAGE) describe the age of the employee at what he or she rises to the next range.

The values for LWOP NTCS for Increment Progs. (LWOPC) and Unauthorized Threshold value (UNALC) describe the amount of days the employee may not exceed; otherwise the increment date will be deferred.

  • Value 17 for constant Junior range - Low
  • Value 21 for constant Junior range - High
  • Value 21 for constant Junior age
  • Value 30 for constant LWOP NTCS for Increment Progs.
  • Value 1 for constant Unauthorized Threshold value
