Use

In this IMG activity, you specify the Date Identifier for currency conversion for benefit processing.

This is for the system to identify the date for currency converion from one currency to another currency.

Note

  • Before maintaining the Date Identifier in NPO: General Attributes (T7UN_ATTRIBS) table, you must configure the same in the Period-Related Date Entries (T549S) table.

    During its processing, the system checks for date maintained against the date identifier in the Period-Related Date Entries (T549S) table, and it uses this date as date for currency conversion.

  • If you do not maintain a date identifier for the benefit currency conversions date in Period-Related Date Entries (T549S) table and attribute BEN_CURR_CONV_DTID in NPO: General Attributes (T7UN_ATTRIBS) table, the system by default uses first of every month as the currency conversion date.

Activities

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Specify attribute BEN_CURR_CONV_DTID in the Name field.
  3. Specify date identifier in value field.
  4. Save your entries.
