Use
In this Customizing activity, you determine how the system calculates contributions for employees who share the same data, for example, for employees who work in the same industry.
Employees with the same contribution type, area, group and level will have the same contribution base for their contributions to supplementary insurance.
In this Customizing activity, you define the employee and employer contributions for each group of employees based on the combination of contribution area, industry, contribution group and level. You define the contribution by specifying a base wage type, a percentage to the contribution base, and a fixed amount.

- For each supplementary insurance type, enter contribution area, industry, contribution group and level.
- Specify the contribution details for employee and employer contributions.
The system calculates contribution amounts as follows:
contribution amount = contribution base x contribution rate + constant
- Specify rounding methods for the contribution bases and amounts as required.
- Specify the frequency with which the system calculates supplementary insurance contributions.
