In this activity you can specify the method to be used for calculating profit share adjustments in cases of termination.
Activities
The method to be used is shown in the METH parameter of the Profit Share Adjustments function (VEPS1). The standard SAP/R3 system provides the following methods:
If METH = NOTA, the adjustment for the employees being settled will be calculated at the same time as the adjustment for active employees.
If METH = ' ', the adjustment for the employee being settled will be calculated at the time of settlement.
The system is configured to use the employee's earnings to date as the basis for the calculation. If your company wishes to use a different method, copy schema VEPS and change the value of parameter 1 of function VEPS2.
