1 Cliet in which data will be loaded.
2 Personnel number of the employee. The system must be configured
so that the personnel number is proposed by the system when
loading historicals.
3 Sequence number, which must be the same as the number entered
in the payroll periods file (table T558B).
4 Sequence number for the number of leave records in the payroll
period.
5 Year in which the leave was generated (it must matche the
configuration in table T554A).
6 Key for the quota associated with an absence of leave entitlement.

You should fill this table if your company uses absences that reduce an employee's length of service and have an effect on the internal dates used by the system to calculate some of the legal processes (leave entitlement date, seniority generation date, notice date, etc). You should only load it for employees who have absences that reduce the length of service at the time of production startup.

INTERESTS ON SEVERANCE TABLE

You should only fill this table if your company's accounting manages the severance pay (seniority) for any of its employees. If so, the file should only contain records for the payroll periods in which interest on severance has been generated and has not been payed to the employee.
