That is, record 00001 corresponds to the first period saved in the cluster (regardless of the payroll period). 4 When no off-cycle payrolls are loaded in the historical, you should leave this field blank to indicate that it is a regular payroll. 5 Leave blank for regular payrolls. 6 It is advisable (though not compulsory) that this field matches the payment date configuration in the system (Table T549S). 7 In the standard configuration, this field should have the value 01 for monthly payroll periods and 03 for weekly payroll periods (table T549R). 8 Year to which the payroll period belongs.
