Use
In this Customizing activity, you define the frequency with which the system calculates the employee's seniority.
You define it in the configuration option Period for seniority calculation (VESPD).

Activities
The possible values of the VESPD option are as follows:
- Value '0' (zero): The system calculates seniority every three months.
- Value '1' (one): The system calculates seniority each month.
According to the new Employment Organic Law, valid from 1 May 2012, the calculation must be run every 3 months.
For this reason, the default value of the option in the standard system is '0' (zero).
