In this step, you define each of your establishments/stores and which tip allocation rules apply to them for tip processing.
Since there is currently no field available to store the establishment code, the SAP system uses the first six characters of the cost center. The establishment code entered here must correspond to the first six characters of the cost center to which the establishment is assigned. This establishment code is entered in the Employee Remuneration Info infotype (2010) when recording tips for an employee. This makes it possible to allocate tips and store them at the establishment level.
Activities
On the Change View "Establishment/stores for tip processing": Overview screen, choose New entries.
On the New Entries: Details of Created Entries screen, enter a unique code of up to six characters for the establishment in the Establish field and a description/name for the establishment in the field directly below the Establish field.
Specify the employer ID number and the establishment type, along with whether tip allocation is allowed in this establishment, the allocation percentage, and the tax authority in which the establishment is located.
Define the period of validity and specify the establishment address.
Repeat these steps for each of your establishments.
