Use

In this IMG activity, you maintain the Return Child Care Leave Quota Type feature (RCCLS). In this feature, you have to maintain the output format of this feature in the string form XX/YY, where

  • XX is the Absence Quota Type that you have created for child care leave
  • YY signifies whether the Generate Absence Quotas (RPTQTA00) report should consider Quota Type for child care leave during quota generation
    • If YY = 00, then every time you run RPTQTA00 report and if the Quota Type XX is specified in the selection criterion, then the report will consider the Quota Type XX for quota generation irrespective of whether other quotas are present in the selection criterion or not.
    • If YY = 01, then RPTQTA00 report will not consider Quota Type XX for generation, although it is present in the selection criterion, unless RPTQTA00 report is run with only Quota Type XX in the selection criteria.

Requirements

Standard settings

The default Absence Quota Type for child care leave is 66. Hence, the value for XX has been set to 66.

The default value for YY has been set to 01.
