Use

In this IMG activity, you create your own reasons for the Third Child Maternity Leave action type (RR).

The standard SAP System contains two reasons for the Leave for 3CML action type (RR). You can create your own reasons for action or copy the following reasons for action:

  • 01 - Start of maternity leave
  • 02 - End of maternity leave

Requirements

You have created your own action type for the Third Child Maternity Leave. For more information, see the IMG activity: Payroll Singapore -> Third Child Maternity Leave -> Create Action Type for 3CML.

Standard settings

Activities

To create your own reasons for the Leave for 3CML action type (RR):

  • Select the action type RR
  • Copy the values of the two default reasons for action into your own reasons for action
