Use

In this Customizing activity, you decide whether consecutive absences for CGA (situation codes 49, 56, 58, and 60) should be concatenated or not in the Absences (2001) infotype. The Magnetic File for CGA Deductions (RPCCGAPT0PBS) report reads infotype 2001 and generates files with absence data.

This behavior is defined in the Option for concatenation of absences (CGA01) configuration option.

Requirements

The employee has consecutive absences with situation codes 49, 56, 56 or 60.

Standard settings

Activities

Choose one of the options below:

  • Null - concatenation of absences is inactive, and the RPCCGAPT0PBS report considers each day of absence with the same situation code as a single record.
