Use

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Public Sector Portugal (PY-PT-PS) component. You can use this BAdI to fill data and change the output of fields and the format of the Annual Staff Report (RPCASRPT0PBS).

The IF_EX_HR_PT_PBS_AS01 interface is composed by the following three methods:

  • Fill the ALV table for HR PAL log display (FILL_TAB_BEFORE_DISPLAY): this method allows you to change data from the report output.
  • Change job/career/category data (CHANGE_JOB_CAREER_CATEG): this method allows you to change the Career/Job Grp./Spec. Function and Job/Career/Category fields of the PS Portugal legal data (1676) Infotype for the Job object type.
  • Change educational area/professional area (CHANGE_EDUPROF_AREA): this method allows you to change the Educational/Professional area column of the report for the Job object type.
  • Change ALV log line content (CHANGE_LOG_LINE): this method allows you to change the content of the ALV's output record.
  • Change ALV format (field category information) (CHANGE_ALV_FORMAT): this method allows you to change the behavior or the format of the ALV output in the report.
  • Change the content of 1676 record when collecting data (CHANGE_IT1676_DATA): this method runs during the processing of the ALV's output records and allows you to change data from the PS Portugal legal data (1676) infotype.
