Use

In this IMG activity, you define Rate for leave payout (Rate) calculation method for an employee whose leave spans more than one pay period.

In this activity, set the value as:

  • 0 - If you want the system to recalculate the Rate for each pay period.
  • 1 - If you want the system to use the employee's first absence period Rate for all subsequent absence pay periods.

During payroll run, the Payments (Absence Quota Payments) - NZ payroll function (NZLVP) reads the value maintained here and calculates the Rate for the employee accordingly.

Activities

  1. Choose Position.
  2. Enter HRNZL in the Group name field.
  3. Enter LVONE in the Semantic abbr. field.
  4. Select Enter.
  5. Enter the following in the Value abbr field for HRNZL LVONE:
    • 0 - If you want the system to recalculate the Rate for each pay period.
    • 1 - If you want the system to use the employee's first absence period Rate for all subsequent absence pay periods.
  6. Save your entries.
