Use
In this Customizing activity, you specify settings for wage types used to record income for foreign employees. Income for foreign employees is monitored within the context of Modern Migration Policy (MoMi) Act reporting.
In order to correctly identify income data for foreign employees, you need to use wage types that have value 18 in the Wage Type Assignment for Statements (6) evaluation class.
Requirements
Standard settings
The standard system delivers the Scholarship (MI01) and the Private Income (MI02) model wage types that you can use as examples.
Activities
- Create your own wage types for the Modern Migration Policy (MoMi) Act in Customizing for Personnel Administration under Payroll Data -> Wage Type Concept.
- Ensure that the wage types have the Modern Migration Policy (MoMi) Act statement (18) value in the Wage Type Assignment for Statements (6) evaluation class.
Note
SAP recommends that you use these wage types only in the Recurring Payments/Deductions (0014) infotype.
SAP does not recommend to use these wage types in the Basic Pay (0008) infotype because, if this infotype is used together with the Monitoring of Tasks (0019) infotype, the Basic Pay (0008) infotype must include a future record and this is not always necessary for these wage types.
SAP does also not recommend to use these wage types in the Additional Payments (0015) infotype as this infotype refers only to one date.
