Use
This step enables you to set up the names and locations of the various messages (files) sent during theannual wage return process.
The server's directory structure is used to manage the files associated with the annual wage returns to be sent.
The logical file paths and filenames are not linked to a specific operating system.
Requirements
The following are the default logical file paths:
- HR_NL_LAA_OUT
Path for annual wage returns to be sent
The following are the default logical filenames:
- HR_NL_LAA_OUT_NEW
File for the annual wage returns to be sent. The file structure is laid down by the tax authorities and may not be changed. The file is structured as follows:
<PARAM_1> with: - Payroll taxes number (CHAR 12)
- '.CSV'

Standard settings
Activities
Enter the associated file path for the current operating system (syntax group).
- Define variables
The following definition is required:
Variable Value
FILENAME filename - Define syntax groups
Syntax groups are used for similar directory paths.
Example:
UNIX all Unix platforms - Assign operating system - syntax group
This is where you assign the required syntax group to each operating
system.
Example:
AIX Unix IBM
=> Syntax group Unix all Unix platforms
Linux Linux
=> Syntax group Unix all Unix platforms - Assign logical path - physical path
Define the physical path for each operating system you want to use (syntax group).
Example:
Log. path HR_NL_LAA_OUT
Description Directory in which to save annual wage return files
Syntax group UNIX all Unix platforms
Phys. path /usr/sap/tmp/<FILENAME>
