Use

If an automatic EDM has to be created in table P05T_EDM_PERSOON upon hiring or upon a transfer to a different subarea, you should call a dynamic measure through form create_edm_entry from subroutine pool RPLEDMN0.

Requirements

Please note the following:

  • The form checks the validity of application AEDM. This means that there is no input in table P05T_EDM_PERSOON, as long as the application for the Day-one-announcement is not valid.
  • The form can be used if the legal person, name and CSN or SoFi number have been entered. This means that the dynamic measure must be started after all three infotypes 0000, 0001, and 0002 in the corresponding measure have been processed. If the CSN is not filled in, infotype 0002 infotype 0060 can be added.
  • If you have entered the CSN, the date of birth and the main part of the last name should also have been entered.
  • If you only want to select persons manually through view V_P05T_EDM_PERS for EDM creation, you do not have to execute the abovementioned step.
  • If you want to create an EDM for an anonymous employee without a SoFi number, you should execute the abovementioned step.

In this example, the form would be called dynamically, if the hiring measure had number '01' and if infotype 0001 were created after infotype 0000 and 0002.
