Use
Via this Implementation Guide step, you can define a group and link a legal person to a group.
As of 1 January 2007, it is not necessary to submit a day-one-announcement when an employee switches employers within a group.
In order to be exempted from the obligation to submit an EDM, groups consisting of more than one withholding agent must submit a request to be considered a coherent group. As soon as you have obtained a ruling to this effect, you can carry out this step.

Define a group by entering a code of 4 characters at the maximum and a description of the group.
Link the legal person to a group.
