Use

This is where you exclude certain parts of the nominative or collective wage return. In other words, the system sets the value to 0.0, even if the corresponding wage types in the payroll are filled with values. This may, for example, be required for pension funds.

You can select the indicators the system should exclude from the wage return per legal person.

Activities

  1. Enter the number of the indicator you wish to exclude.
  2. Enter the time interval for which to exclude the indicator

    As long as this interval overlaps with the time interval of a given return period, the system excludes the indicator from this return period.

  3. Select the ExclInd. checkbox.

    When you no longer wish to exclude the indicator, deselect the checkbox.

Note:

  • If you want to exclude an indicator retroactively, or re-include it, you must realize forced retroactive accounting, taking the initial exclusion date as the start date. In this way you can be sure that the indicator has been properly deleted.
  • If you have changed the data for a given legal person in this IMG activity (V_PO5T_UITS_KENT), you must not select the checkbox Only Process Errors for the legal person for report Wage Return: Collect Data (Extractor) (RPCLAVNO).
  • You cannot exclude indicators Total Payable in Period (0050) and Overall Total (0051) from the wage return.
  • The system fills indicators with required XML codes that are excluded from the wage return with 0.0.
  • If you have entered values for indicators via report Wage Return: Change Collective ER Data (RPUTAENO0_UPDATE), the values are not excluded from the wage return.
  • Indicators do not correspond directly with XML codes. If you want to exclude an XML code from the collective or nominative return, you must enter the indicator for the nominative return as well as for the collective return.
