Use

To exchange data between employers and the various external agencies, you must have specific authorizations. You can set the necessary authorizations for the different actions required for data exchange.

Authorization objects

The system checks authorization object HR-B2A: B2A-Manager (technical name P_B2A) for the B2A Manager.

Subject to the following you can set up authorizations:

  • Country Modifier (authorization field MOLGA)
  • Area (authorization field SAGRP), for example tax and social security
  • Document Type (authorization field DOCTY), for example payroll accounts

Authorizations are set up for the following actions (authorization field B2A_ACTIO):

  • S = Execute process
  • D = Detail messages
  • R = Reorganize messages
  • L = Delete messages
  • Z = Convert message status
