Activities

Create and maintain calculation codes for regulations:

  1. Click on the button "new entries"
  2. Enter the calculation code. This is a 4 character code which stands for the calculation code, which refers to the exact calculation of the kind of calculation.
  3. Enter the description of the calculation code
  4. Select the calculation type. This can be a payment, a reservation or an entitlement.
  5. Save your entries.

Link calculation codes to calculation types:

  1. Set up and customize the feature Linking Regulations to Calculation codes for Add Terms of Empl (NLARC).

Example

For the reservation of the employer costs of the 13th month payment, a distiction can be made between the calculation for employees of 55 years and older and the younger ones. This is because for the elderly, some SI premiums are not due. In such a case, two calculation codes have to be created:

  • R131: this is the reservation code for the calculation of the Reservation for the 13th month salary for the employees younger than 55 years (R-13-1).
  • R132: this is the reservation code for the calculation of the Reservation for the 13th month for the employees older than 54 years (R-13-2).
