This step enables you to:

Activities

For creating calculation components for regulations:

  1. Press on the button: "New entries"
  2. Enter the calculation components. This is a 4 character code which stands for the kind of calculation. The calculation component is (one of the) calculation methods for a regulation. The 13 Month Salary regulation can for example exist of
    • a calculation of the entilement calculation
    • a calculation of the reservation of the payment
    • a calculation of a reservation of the employer cost
    • a calculation of the payment itself.

For example, P13M could be the code for the Payment 13 Month Salary

  1. Enter the description of the calculation component, as described in the previous step.
  2. Save your entries

For linking the regulation to the calculation components:

  1. Press on the button: "New entries"
  2. Select the relevant Regulation Code
  3. Select the relevant Calculation Component
  4. Select the start and end/high date
  5. Select the relevant Calculation type. This can be an entitlement, a payment or a reservation.
  6. Save your entries
