Use

This IMG step enables you to create regulations for additional terms of employment.

Requirements

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Klick on the button "New Entries"
  2. Enter the name of the regulation code. This is a 3 character code which stands for the regulation. For example: 13M could be the code for the 13th Month salary.
  3. Enter the Start date and the End date / high date of the regulation
  4. Enter a description of the regulation. For example: 13th month salary, guaranteed wage or vacation allowance
  5. Enter the begin period of the regulation.This is the payroll period in which the regulation starts. For example: a vacation allowance year runs from June till May. The begin payroll period is 06.
  6. Enter the last period of the regulation. This is the payroll period in which the regulation ends. In the example of the vacation allowance year, the end payroll period is 05.
  7. Save your entries.
