To calculate the payment of the seniority premium it is necessary to determine the days of salary that must be paid to the employee for each year of seniority in the company.
Standard settings
The standard system uses 12 days of salary for each year of service to calculate the seniority premium.
Activities
If you wish to use 12 days of salary for each year of service to calculate the seniority premium, you must not execute any activity.
If you wish to use another quantity of days of salary for each year of service:
- Enter this quantity in the Value field
- Save your entries.
