In this IMG activity, you should link your work termination classes to your own time quota compensation laws so the work termination program can automatically settle the corresponding quotas.

Requirements

Before carrying out this activity you must:

  1. Create work termination classes. This is done in the IMG activity Payroll Mexico -> Special Payments -> Work Termination -> Define work termination classes.
  2. Create time quota compensation laws. This is done in the IMG activity Personnel Time Management -> Time Entry and Management -> Time Account Management with Attendance/Absence Quotas -> Processing Absence Quotas in the Settlement -> Time Quota Compensation -> Define time quota compensation laws.

    You must bear in mind that if you want to automatically settle the quotas through the Work Termination program, the time quota compensation laws should not have any rule assigned to them in this activity; i.e., the Rule field should be empty. You must, however, enter the type of quota to be compensated in the Quota Type field.

  3. Assign your wage types to your time quota compensation laws. This is done through the IMG activity Payroll Mexico -> Time Quota Compensation -> Assign wage types to quotas to be compensated.
