In this Implementation Guide activity you must bind your work contract termination types to your own time quota compensation rules. In this way the Work contract termination program will be able to settle the corresponding quotas automatically.

Requirements

Before carrying out this activity, you must:

  1. Create work contract termination types. To do this go to the Implementation Guide activity Mexico Payroll -> Special Payments -> Work Contract Termination -> Check Compensation Types.
  2. Create time quota compensation rules. To do this, go to the Implementation Guide activity Time Management -> Entry and Time Management -> Time Account Management with Attendance/Absence Quota -> Absence Quota Processing in Payroll Accounting -> Time Quota Compensation -> Define Time Quota Compensation Rules.

    Bear in mind that, if you wish to settle the time quotas automatically with the Work contract termination program, the time quota compensation rules must not have been assigned any rule in this activity. The field Rule must be then blank. However, you must specify the time quota that has to be compensated in the Time Quota Type field.

  3. Assign your wage types to your time quota compensation rules. To do this, go to the Implementation Guide Activity Payroll Mexico -> Time Quota Compensation -> Assign Wage Types to Time Quota to be Compensated.
